THE COMMUNITY

ICSU, NICS’ first school, began as Liberty Christian School in 1983. There are parks, river walks, hiking trails, and public use areas that create a high quality of living. Organized public transportation, clean and landscaped cities, friendly people, and the fastest nationwide Internet in the world, all make South Korea a highly desirable place to live.

THE SCHOOL

ICSU is an American curriculum school following an American school calendar. The ICSU student body that was once primarily from the US is now 45% Korean students, 35% Americans, 15% Chinese and 5% from other countries. Technology is integrated into all levels of the school. ICSU is a 1:1 school with grades 4-12 using dedicated Chromebooks and K - 3 class sets of iPads. Biblical truth is integrated into academics at every grade level. ICSU’s teachers are state-certified professionals with a passion for sharing Christ with their students.
